A remarkable residential masterpiece, the One at Palm graces the Palm Jumeirah island in Dubai. This architectural gem stands tall with over a hundred meters in height, its 25 floors forming the tallest residential tower in the Palm. Covering an expansive area of over 80,000 square meters, the tower boasts a collection of 90 apartments, each offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, the incredible Palm Jumeriah, and the iconic Dubai Marina skyline. One at Palm amenities include indulgent spas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a lavish yacht club. This exquisite tower embodies the epitome of luxurious living, offering an unparalleled lifestyle that combines elegance, opulence, and breathtaking surroundings. One of the challenging items in the project was the three rails oversized, minimal sliding doors. Our director Osama Zubdeh was personally checking, commenting, and approving the façade contractor’s drawings and submittals.
