With its strategic location at the core of Beirut Central District, the French Avenue office building is a high-quality commercial structure with a distinct professional impression. The project encompasses a ground area of approximately 1,100 m², and the building itself consists of five basements, a ground floor, and six floors over ground.
French Avenue Building’s façade is thoughtfully designed, combining various distinct materials to create a striking visual composition. Zinc, stainless steel, and solid/perforated/corrugated aluminum form the main glazed curtain walls with the glass. The French Avenue blends harmoniously with the two buildings adhering to its sides. Although it is a small project, its client, who is highly oriented towards quality, entrusted director Osama Zubdeh to supervise the full activity of this façade project, starting from the initial design to the final handover.
