The Alveo Business Park was set to be constructed in the Hazmieh area in Beirut, Lebanon. The business park comprised 5 buildings, each standing at a total of 9 levels, including 4 basements. The project designed the business park’s building façade elements, most notably the integrated floor-to-floor lift and slide façade, embedded with horizontal glass shelves and sun shaded with state-of-the-art thin fiber cement panels. Additionally, the project included building façades of various inclinations, curtain walls, skylights, and double height glazing at the lobbies. Unfortunately, the project did not see the light of day as it was canceled after completing all the tender preparation of the façade.
