One of the largest commercial malls in the Middle East is currently in development: The Avenues Riyadh! With a strategic location in the heart of Riyadh, a plethora of different functions, a massive total area, and a sustainable energy-efficient vision, the development is guaranteed to be a great success. The Avenues will not only include the shopping mall but also residential apartments, hotels, offices, entertainment centers.
FEABS is proudly conducting structural calculations and studies for The Avenues’ stone cladding facade. The cladding will feature a variety of different combinations between stone patterns (such as grid, staggered, and crazy patterns) and and stone types (such as travertines, granites, and marbles).
