Waterfront City, located in Dbayeh, Lebanon, is a modern seafront community offering a wide range of facilities. The community offers luxurious apartment buildings, commercial spaces, and pleasant environments. Waterfront City’s Business Park forms its professional business district, spanning a vast 27,000 m² and separated into super-plots SP1 and SP2.
Secured in this project were the six buildings forming Business Park SP1, around 6 floors each. These buildings feature floor-to-ceiling curtain walls, retail double-height curtain walls, glazing, and aluminum cladding. Our director, Osama Zubdeh, was personally the façade supervision consultant for this project, acting as the authorized person to approve the project work and the submittals.
