Part of the Qiddiya megaproject, Six Flags Qiddiya is a sensational theme park in Riyadh rising on its way to become a world-famous landmark with thrilling and exciting attractions. The amusement park spreads across 320,000 square meters and comprises of six distinctly themed zones of family fun. Six Flags Qiddiya features the world’s fastest roller coaster along with other record-breaking rides, making it a one-of-a-kind project in the region destined to make history.

KEC Hub
Knowledge Economic City (KEC) is a grand project in Madinah, KSA, with a masterplan of various commercial districts and home to one of the largest endeavors in the sacred city.
At the core of KEC, the KEC Hub represents a key center in Madinah for all commercial, residential, hospitality, and entertainment purposes, as well as vast boulevards and gardens of nature’s greenery.

KAFD
KING ABDULLAH FINANCIAL DISTRICT
KAFD is a 5,000,000 m2 financial district and real estate project in the heart of Riyadh. The district is home to sophisticated towers for residence, hospitality, office space, retail, entertainment, and more.
After an idle period in its development, KAFD contractors hired FEABS for the façade engineering design implementation two of its parcels: KAFD 1.08 and KAFD 4.12.

An 18-story project in the district, KAFD parcel 1.08 is set to be a bold addition to the Wyndam Hotels & Resorts franchise.

PARIS TOWER EKO ATLANTIC — NIGERIA
Paris Tower will be the newest addition to Eko Atlantic City in Lagos, Nigeria. It is a mixed-use project including a commercial and office center integrated within a podium. The tower will be home to a multi-level auditorium, offices, and a data center.
The project consists of an impressive 25 floors, two roof floors, a ground floor, and a basement floor.

SPORTS BOULEVARD:
CYCLING BRIDGE
Part of the world-famous Vision 2030 Saudi Arabia projects, Sports Boulevard is a grand development in Riyadh, aiming to truly epitomize healthy lifestyles and entertainment in the city. The project aims to be the perfect spot for athletes and art enthusiasts, offering sports activities with a large variety in type and participants, including large-scale cycling paths, ball game fields, swimming pools, and more.
As one of our latest projects, FEABS recently undertook the façade engineering cladding works of the Sports Boulevard cycling bridge, which constitutes a major district in the Sports Boulevard project.

THIRD SAUDI EXPANSION OF HOLY HARAM MAKKAH & SURROUNDING AREAS — SERVICE BUILDING HELIPADS
To accommodate its enormous amounts of visitors, the Saudi Arabian third expansion of the Holy Haram in Mekkah is currently underway. Part of this expansion project is two helipads atop the service buildings in the surrounding areas, meant for emergency extractions and rescues.
FEABS will be conducting the design development of the façade works of both helipads on the service building rooftops.
